When you buy a coffee June 1 at a Tim Hortons Restaurant anywhere in Canada, 100% of the proceeds support Tim Hortons Camps through the Tim Horton Children's Foundation. The money raised on Camp Day helps low-income children build essential life skills through a memorable camp experience. Camp Day is Tim Horton Children's Foundation's (THCF) largest fundraising initiative of the year.
Payworks partnered with THCF in April of 2014. THCF is a non-profit charitable organization that provides an enriched and memorable camp experience for children and youth living in economically disadvantaged homes.
Payworks' first Camp Day was in June of 2014, where employees in Winnipeg and Calgary volunteered at Tim Hortons restaurants for the day. Staff helped to sell balloons and greet guests. To read more about 2014 Camp Day, click here.
In June of 2015, Payworks staff rolled up their sleeves to work behind the counter and in the drive-thru in both Calgary and Winnipeg. Click here to see more from last year’s Camp Day.
